Francisco has been practicing law in Panama since 1976. He is a founder and senior partner of the firm, currently focusing on commercial and corporate law, maritime litigations, labor law and trials, and Panama real estate law. He is also overseeing the firm’s various Panama-based corporate legal services.

Lic. Lourdes Pitti Sagrera

Areas of Expertise:
Lourdes has been practicing law in Panama since 1979. As a founder, she is an expert in our core practice areas, including incorporation and management of Panama companies, international bank accounts referrals, and procedures with private interest foundations. She also has extensive experience with maritime law trials and negotiations and regularly assists international clients with migration laws so they can work through the many programs that Panama offers to obtain residency.

Juan Carlos has an extensive background in exterior commerce, international finances and corporate services. Since the beginning, Juan Carlos has focused his legal efforts on assisting global clients with setting up and managing of Panama IBC companies and Private Foundations (and all the legal concerns that adjacent to those endeavors). Juan Carlos has more than 20 years of experience working specifically with the corporate services offered by the firm, but he is also involved with asset protection consulting, international banking, vessel registrations and Panama trademark registrations.

Cristina currently leads our firm’s Maritime Legal Services, which includes commercial and pleasure vessel registration under the Panama flag and coordinating vessels’ technical certificates and inspections. Cristina has extensive experience working with worldwide ship owners and shipping companies with general procedures required by the Panama Maritime Authorities. She also works with incorporation of Panamanian companies, private interest foundations, trademark registrations and Panama real estate dealings.
